After losing over 100 pounds and making health a priority, I discovered that having simple, enjoyable options made all the difference. I wanted something that felt like a treat while still supporting my wellness goals, and that's where my love of creating Mega Tea recipes began.

What started as mixing flavors for myself quickly turned into sharing recipes with friends, family, and eventually customers across the country. Today, Megatea Lab offers Mega Tea Kits designed to bring variety, convenience, and a little excitement to your day.

My favorite part of this journey is creating new recipes. Whether it's a customer favorite, a seasonal release, or a custom flavor combination, there's always something new brewing in the lab.

When I'm not testing recipes, you'll usually find me spending time with my husband Mike and our four Pomskies: Finn, Skye, Tucker, and Elmer. I'm also a huge Disney fan and love finding inspiration in the little things that make life fun.
